Are you curious about what sparks your interests? Do you desire to have a deeper understanding for why you are attracted to certain people, activities, or places? In the Purpose & Passions workshop we'll take a closer look at uncovering your top passions and how they are in alignment with who you are designed to be and the impact you can have in this life.
Vision & Values
Have you wondered if there is more to your story? Have you ever felt confused or possibly had a desire to feel more confident in the decisions you've made on where you invest your energy and time? In the Vision and Values Workshop we will breakdown key elements to what drives your decision making process (whether you're aware of it or not yet) and spend some time dreaming up your future with a clearer understanding for what's ahead.
Express Yourself
In the Express Yourself workshop we're going to invest in honoring what's going on inside of your mind, heart and body and get creative with different tools to express your emotions and thoughts. Not sure about your artistic abilities? It's ok, this is a playful and explorative workshop, no pressure for a Picasso. Get ready to see yourself in a new light of appreciation and gratitude for the beauty that's asking to come outside of you.
